The event, entitled “Teams – The Foundation of Business Success” is an inspirational micro-summit which promises three world class speakers from the local, national and international business arena’s, giving you three good reasons why you need to be there.

One of our three speakers Michael FitzGerald, is CEO and founder of OnePageCRM, the award-winning Sales application for SME’s. An NUIG graduate with an Engineering Degree, Michael has also worked as a Sport Science Technologist to Olympic Athletes, and in Medical device product design before venturing into the world of code. Software had been a hobby for a long time, which he turned into his full time focus in 2004.
As well as growing and developing OnePageCRM into a 20 person strong team and international success story, he is Co-Founder of the Portershed which is the first phase of development for Galway City Innovation District.
Michaels real passion is driving efficiency and effectiveness, assisting internet start ups, and supporting fellow entrepreneurs. He has been involved with Start-Up Weekend Mentoring, and Code Ninja 2012 - 2013. He has mentored NUI Galway's ICE (Innovation Creativity & Entrepreneurship) Group students, and was Co-founder of Bizcamp Galway - Weekend conference for Entrepreneurs - 2011 and 2012
Michael is an avid GAA supporter with a strong community interest. He sits on a number of voluntary Boards, and has opened up OnePageCRM to nonprofits through the Power of Action Program. Michael has come on board as EmployAbility Galway patron for 2017 - 2019.
