helping you Find the right person for the job

We love working with employers and job seekers to find the right person for the job.  All the job seekers who avail of our support in looking for work, begin by taking part in an extensive profiling and planning process, where we identify their skills and abilities, their work interests, and any reasonable accommodations required. We need to be confident that  our candidates can make a valuable contribution to your organisation, and we are finding  the right person for the job, and the right job for the person.

the way  we do this

If you have identified a vacancy in your organisation, all you need to do is contact us with a job description and leave the rest to us?  We will select a number of candidates we feel are suitable and present their CV's to you.  If you would like to interview them we can set this up with you.  If you decide to hire we, can support both parties with; contracts of employment, induction, and accessing grants and supports.  We can also provide training and mentoring on the job.

If you review CV's and don't feel that any of the candidates are the person you are looking for that is fine.  We don't believe in pressure or obligation and we understand it is really important for the success of employer and employee to hire the right person for the job.  That way we know you will feel confident about contacting us in the future when you need to hire again!

help REDUCE YOUR RECRUITMENT COSTS

As we are funded by Department of Social Protection there is no charge for our expertise which  is FREE to employers.  We can reduce your need for costly advertising,  time spent on selection of candidates for interview, and the loss of valuable time involved in the entire recruitment and selection process.

The Wage Subsidy Scheme which is provided by Department of Social Protection provides financial incentives to employers, outside the public sector, to employ disabled people who work 21 hours per week or more.  A person on the Wage Subsidy Scheme is subject to the same conditions of employment as other employees. These conditions include PRSI contributions, annual leave, tax deductions and the going rate for the job.  The rate of subsidy is €6.30 per hour and is based on the number of hours worked.
