Peter McWilliams has a varied career in organisational development, and people management combined with a number of years working in training and education for people with disabilities. He has worked as a private consultant in manufacturing engineering and production management which has always involved him working with teams of people at all levels within organisations. Peter has always been interested in working with people both as individuals and teams, and understands the positive impact diversity can make to your workplace

He holds an M.Ed Degree in Adult Education, Training and Development from the University of Sheffield as well as various other Professional and Graduate Qualifications.

Harry Hussey joined Employability Galway in 2008. His background is in Training, HRM and Business Management, he spent 10 years as a Frontline Manager in one of Ireland's largest multinationals. Harry holds an MSc in Human Resources Leadership and a BA in Business Enterprise and Community. He works with clients and employers in Galway City and also has responsibility for Ballinasloe, and Mountbellew.

Roisin McDonagh joined EmployAbility Galway in 2009.  Previously she worked as an Advertising Executive, and a Business Development Executive.  Roisin holds a B.Comm and an MBS in Marketing both from NUI Galway.   She is a fluent Irish speaker.  Roisin works with clients and employers in Galway City , South and North Conamara.

Mary Hibbitt joined EmployAbility Galway in 2012. She has 10 year multinational Human Resources / Training background, and provided employment support to Travellers and unemployed people in Galway City. She holds a Diploma in Training and Development,Certificate in Personnel Management and holds a BA in Business, Enterprise and & Community.  Mary works with clients in Galway City and has responsiblity for the Tuam, Milltown, Dunmore and Glenamaddy area of County Galway.

Susan Reilly joined Employability Galway in 2013.  She has previously worked as a Youth Advocate and Family Support Worker.  She has also worked as a Community Development worker with Galway Rural Development.  Susan holds a  BA in History, Sociology and Political Science from NUIGalway.  She also holds an MA in Community Development from NUIGalway.  Susan works with clients and employers in Galway City and is responsible for the Kilcolgan, Kinvara, and  Gort areas.
