Pauline joined EmployAbility Galway in 2004 as an Employment Facilitator and took over responsibility as Coordinator in 2008. She previously worked in training and supervision in the multi-national medical device sector. Pauline holds an MSc in HR Leadership from Sheffield Hallam University and has completed several other accredited courses related to her work. She volunteered on the Western Region CIPD committee from 2013 to 2016 to raise awareness of supported employment in the local HR community.

HARRY HUSSEY, EMPLOYMENT FACILITATOR
Harry Hussey joined Employability Galway in 2008. His background is in Training, HRM and Business Management, and he spent 10 years as a Frontline Manager in one of Ireland's largest multinationals. Harry’s qualifications include a Higher Certificate in Management, a BA in Business Enterprise, and Community, and an MSc in Human Resources Leadership. He works with clients and employers in Galway City and also has responsibility for Ballinasloe, and Mountbellew.

ROISIN MCDONAGH, EMPLOYMENT FACILITATOR
Roisin McDonagh joined EmployAbility Galway in 2009. Previously she worked as an Advertising Executive, and a Business Development Executive. Roisin holds a B.Comm and an MBS in Marketing both from NUI Galway. She is a fluent Irish speaker and is currently studying Irish Sign Language at Level 3. Susan Reilly joined Employability Galway in 2013. She has previously worked as a Youth Advocate and Family Support Worker. She has also worked as a Community Development worker with Galway Rural Development. Susan holds a BA in History, Sociology and Political Science from NUIGalway. She also holds an MA in Community Development from NUIGalway. Susan works with clients and employers in Galway City and is responsible for the Loughrea, Gort and Kilcolgan areas.

CHARLENE BUTLER, EMPLOYMENT FACILITATOR
Charlene Butler joined EmployAbility Galway in 2015. She holds a BA in English and History, from NUI Galway. She enjoys getting people to discover and realise their employment potential. Charlene is an integral part of the community highlighted by her voluntary work with Simon Community and Foróige's Big Brother Big Sister programme. She thrives on continuous learning and development and was recently elected to the executive board of Foroige National Council. She believes Value is paramount and practises this philosophy to benefit both the employer and the employee. Charlene's client base is in Galway City.

Tracy Shovlin - Employment Facilitator
Tracy Shovlin joined EmployAbility Galway in 2015. She holds an Honours Degree in B.A Youth and Family Studies from NUI Galway. She has a number of years’ experience volunteering with Foróige (and other local agencies.)
She has gained life experiences travelling and working abroad. Tracy has taught English in China and worked as a Youth Director on the world’s leading cruise line; Carnival where she was in charge of recruitment and managing a team. She is passionate about helping others and is active within the Community. Tracy's client base is in Galway City.
