2016: In 2016 EmployAbility Galway were delighted win the Customer Service Category in the Galway Chamber Business Awards. During the year we made a conscious effort to re-evaluate our level of Customer Service and took part in training with Customer Service Excellence Ireland to achieve Customer Service Excellence ratings in an independent audit . We would like to acknowlege the role of Galway Technology Centre reception staff who were included in the audit.
2014: EmployAbility Galway are delighted to hold the NSAI Excellence Through People accreditation. We received our first accreditation in 2011 and after reassessment in 2014 were once again accredited with this standard. The focus of Excellence Through People (ETP) is to get organisations to look at their people as a key source of competitive advantage. The certification is only given to companies who can show they maximize employee contribution to become more efficient, productive, flexible, competitive and innovative
2013: EmployAbility Galway were winners of the Supported Employment Service of the Year 2013 at the Irish Association of Supported Employment (IASE) National Best Practice Awards. We won the award for our commitment to continuous improvement over the few years and for the contribution we have made to the supported employment model in Galway City and County
2012: EmployAbility Galway are one of a small number of Galway comapnies to hold the Séala Sheosaimh Uí Ógartaigh. We were overall winners in Gaillimh le Gaeilge's Gradam Sheosaimh uí Ógartaigh beating stiff competition from a large number of well recongnised Galway businesses.
