Our staff provide a very practical employment service.  We travel to different parts of the County and can help you to look for work in your local area.  We are used to working with people who have a range of different support needs and we try to adapt our service to suit your needs as an individual. We don’t rely on job advertisements to look for work; we network with employers to look for potential vacancies before they happen.  All of our staff are insured to be on work sites supporting you.  All of our staff are fully Garda Vetted.

 

We are interested in two outcomes, happy employees and happy employers. We work with you to find out what you are good at, and what you would like to do.  We then support you with looking for the type of work that suits your abilities, and your support needs. We are with you on the journey from when you start your first day in your new job until you have settled into your new workplace and no longer need our support.
