The Criteria for our service is laid down by Department of Social Protection and is as follows. The service is open to

People with different types of disability and varying degrees of disability who are job ready and need the support of a Job Coach to obtain employment in the open labour market. The service provides 18 months support and is open to.

A person who has the necessary

training,
education,
motivation
ability

to pursue work / career in the open labour market and if needed have the transport to get to and from work.

A person who is willing and able to work a minimum of 8 hours per week
A person who is below the age of 65 as any client availing of Employ Ability must exit the service on the date of their 65th birthday
