You will be contacted by one of our facilitators.  They will arrange a meeting with you to say hello and give you their contact details.  This is just a very informal meeting which gives you a chance to meet the person who will be supporting you over the next eighteen months.  

 

The facilitator will give you an outline of the service and arrange a meeting where you can start on the process.  At your next meeting you will start working on the four stages we outlined earlier.
